Our bodies hold so much - conscious and subconscious patterns, emotional and physical habits, joy, happiness, pain… it’s all there. This four week workshop series explores pattern by way of movement and getting curious about our health.
As we bring awareness to our patterns, we can figure out what’s working and make intentional choices that take us in the direction we want to go.
